Consent to the Processing of Personal Data of the Data Subject and to the Receipt of Advertising via Telecommunication Networks

(hereinafter the “Consent”)
I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, hereby grant to each of the legal entities listed below (hereinafter individually referred to as an “Operator” and collectively as the “Operators”):

my specific, informed, conscious and unequivocal consent to the automated and non-automated (without the use of automation tools) processing of my personal data (the list of which is set out below), including, but not limited to, the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data, as well as the transfer (provision, access) of personal data (copies/scanned copies of documents, electronic documents containing personal data) between the Operators, and the transfer (provision, access) of personal data (copies/scanned copies of documents, electronic documents containing personal data) by the Operators to the following entities:

(hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Counterparties”).
  • Such consent is granted by my provision and/or submission of my personal data on the website or webpage owned by Rumberg Technologies JSC, including my surname, first name and patronymic, together with my telephone number and/or email address.
Categories of Personal Data
The personal data subject to processing include: surname, first name, patronymic; year, month, date and place of birth; citizenship; gender; details of an identity document (type, series, number, issuing authority and date of issue), including documents issued outside the Russian Federation and copies thereof; residential address, registration address and workplace address; taxpayer identification number (TIN); individual insurance account number (SNILS); employment and occupational information (including information on work experience, income and expenses); marital status; property status; education and profession; photographic and video images; information on telephone numbers of which I am the subscriber and/or user; information on my email addresses, Internet username, data relating to an account (user profile) created on the Operator’s website or mobile application; metadata, cookie data, cookie identifiers, IP addresses, and information on the browser and operating system used.

Purposes of Processing
By granting this Consent, I confirm and acknowledge that I have been informed of the purposes of personal data processing by the Operators, including:
  • offering me goods and services (including through direct contact via communication means) provided by the Operator and/or third parties, individually or jointly;

  • entering into, performing and terminating service agreements between me and the Operator;

  • informing me of advertising or marketing campaigns conducted by the Operator;

  • conducting surveys, questionnaires, advertising, marketing and other research related to the Operator’s activities and the goods and services provided;

  • inviting me to seminars (courses, lectures, training) and other events related to the Operator’s activities;

  • ensuring the operation of websites and mobile applications, including their improvement, usage analysis and collection of statistical information (including technical cookies) and accounting for user preferences;

  • providing me with consultations and explanations regarding the conclusion of service agreements with the Counterparties (including brokerage agreements, investment advisory agreements, depository agreements, etc.), the installation and use of the Counterparties’ software (information and technical systems) for remote customer servicing, advertising, and informing me about the Counterparties’ services, products and tariffs, including, but not limited to, direct contact or communication via telecommunication networks, including mobile radiotelephone communication, using the mobile phone number and/or email address provided by me;

  • reconciliation under agreements concluded between the Operator(s) and one or more Counterparties, as well as the performance of other obligations of the Operator(s) under such agreements.
I confirm that I have read and fully understood the Personal Data Processing Policy of Rumberg Technologies JSC available at [link], and agree to its contents.

Term and Withdrawal of Consent
This Consent shall remain valid until all the purposes of personal data processing specified herein have been achieved, unless a longer processing period is required by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
This Consent may be withdrawn, unless otherwise provided by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation, by sending a written notice (request) to the Operator to whom the personal data are transferred, at the addresses specified above. The Consent shall be deemed withdrawn upon the expiration of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the Operator receives the written notice (request) of withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal of the Consent with respect to any Operator, the processing of personal data may continue by other Operators in respect of whom the Consent has not been withdrawn.

Consent to Receive Advertising Communications
Acting of my own free will and in my own interest, and in accordance with Federal Law No. 38-FZ dated 13 March 2006 “On Advertising” and Federal Law No. 126-FZ dated 7 July 2003 “On Communications”, I hereby grant my consent to receive from any of the Operators and/or Counterparties, via the telephone number, email address and other means of communication specified by me, any communications and mailings (including SMS notifications) that may be of an advertising nature and are sent for purposes similar to the purposes of personal data processing.

The specified telephone number may also be used by the Operator and/or Counterparty for direct contact with me in order to achieve the purposes set out in this paragraph.

I acknowledge that I may withdraw my consent to receive advertising communications (including SMS notifications) at any time by sending a written notice (request) to the Operator and/or Counterparty carrying out such advertising communications at the addresses specified above. The Operator and/or Counterparty that receives such notice (request) shall immediately cease the dissemination of advertising communications to the individual who submitted the request.
