Over 10 years of consulting experience focused on capital markets, structured financial instruments, securitization, and derivatives. Advised major Russian banks on issuing investment and structured bonds. Supported the first placements of structured notes in the Russian market.
Co-Founder
Ilya Rynenkov
15+ years in the securities market. Former Head of the Structured Equity and Fixed-Income Derivatives Trading Desk at Sberbank CIB. Participated in launching some of the first exchange-traded funds in Russia, deploying a DMA platform for institutional clients, building Sberbank’s index platform, and leading pricing and risk-management systems for proprietary issuance of autocallable notes.
Artem Fetisov
Head of Trading
Over 15 years in financial markets. Contributed to building a synthetic prime brokerage platform for foreign investors. Led legal support for derivatives transactions across BCS Group’s international offices.
Denis Bondarev
Head of Legal
17+ years in marketing, communications, and business transformation. Worked in international advertising agencies, major corporations, telecom, and banking. At Alfa-Bank, led CIB, Private Banking, and Investment Business marketing. Developed and launched marketing strategies, contributed to new-product development, participated in mobile-bank launch, Agile programs, and Digital Transformation.
Yana Batasheva
Marketing and PR Director
Active in the securities market since 2000. Led marketing at BCS, ATON, and CERIH. Created and developed the BCS EXPRESS analytics platform. Managed partner and agent networks at Otkritie Broker and Alfa Investments.

Over 15 years in finance. Managed private-client portfolios at Citigold Private Client and worked on wealth structuring through trusts and private funds. Held positions at leading Russian financial institutions including Raiffeisenbank, Alfa-Bank, and Alfa-Capital.
